Services

Structured consulting,
clear deliverables.

Our work is organised into defined packages so that administrators and owners understand exactly what they are commissioning — and what they will receive at the end.

Our packages

Choose the scope
that fits your situation.

Each package builds on the previous one. Most buildings benefit from the full process, but we are flexible when the situation calls for it.

Assessment Only

For buildings that need to understand their starting point before committing to anything further.

  • On-site electrical infrastructure review
  • Supply contract analysis
  • Parking layout documentation
  • Capacity headroom report
  • Written summary of findings
  • Preliminary options overview

End-to-End

Full planning package plus assembly presentation and installer coordination through to project completion.

  • Everything in Full Planning
  • Assembly meeting attendance
  • Live Q&A support during vote
  • Installer briefing and selection support
  • Installation oversight coordination
  • Compliance verification at completion

Commercial facilities

A different context,
a tailored approach.

Commercial parking facilities — whether operated independently or as part of a larger property — face a distinct set of requirements. The planning questions are different: revenue model selection, public charging compliance, capacity planning for peak demand, and the regulatory obligations that apply to operators who offer charging as a service.

We offer a dedicated consulting process for commercial parking operators that addresses these questions specifically. This is not the condominium package adapted for a different context — it is a purpose-built process for the commercial environment.

What commercial consulting covers:

  • Capacity assessment for commercial parking layouts
  • Revenue model analysis (subscription, pay-per-use, flat rate)
  • Operator regulatory obligations under Portuguese law
  • Infrastructure scalability planning
  • Certified installer coordination

Deliverables

What you receive
at the end of the process.

Technical Assessment Report

A written document describing the building's electrical infrastructure, available capacity, and the constraints that shape the solution options.

Infrastructure Design Specification

The technical design for the chosen installation model, including load management configuration, cabling routes, and equipment specifications.

Regulatory Compliance Package

References to the applicable ERSE regulations, Portuguese condominium law provisions, and the documentation required for a legally compliant installation.

Cost Allocation Framework

A structured model for distributing installation costs between participating residents, with clear logic that can be explained and defended at the assembly.

Assembly Presentation Materials

A clear, plain-language presentation designed for a mixed audience — technical enough to be credible, accessible enough to be understood by all owners.

Installer Briefing Document

A complete technical brief for the certified installer that ensures the work is executed according to the approved plan — not a different interpretation of it.

Common questions

Things administrators
usually ask us.

The timeline depends on building complexity and how quickly we can access the electrical installation. A typical condominium assessment and planning package takes three to five weeks from initial site visit to completed documentation. Assembly scheduling is separate and depends on when the next ordinary meeting is planned — or whether an extraordinary assembly is called.

A well-prepared proposal with proper documentation and a clear cost allocation model has a significantly higher approval rate than an improvised presentation. However, if the assembly does not approve, we help the administrator understand why and what adjustments might make a revised proposal more acceptable. In some cases, individual owners can proceed under their legal right to install at their own parking space without requiring assembly approval for the charger itself.

We specify the technical requirements that any charger must meet — power level, communication protocol, load management compatibility — and we explain what those requirements mean in practice. We do not recommend specific brands or models. The installer, once selected, will propose equipment that meets the specification. Our independence from product sales is central to the value we provide.

Yes — and this is a common situation. Buildings where a previous proposal failed or stalled often have existing tensions between owners. We begin by understanding what happened, what objections were raised, and what documentation exists. A fresh, properly structured process with independent credibility can change the dynamic significantly.

Individual installation means each EV owner runs a dedicated electrical connection from the main panel to their parking space. Shared infrastructure means a common backbone — cabling, distribution board, load management system — is installed once, and individual chargers connect to it. Individual installation is simpler for the first charger but becomes expensive and disruptive as more residents join. Shared infrastructure has higher upfront cost but is more economical and technically sound when multiple chargers are anticipated. Our assessment clarifies which model is appropriate for your building.
