Payment terms for our services will be specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise agreed, payments are due within 30 days of invoice date. Late payments may be subject to interest charges as permitted by Danish law.
All fees are quoted in Euros (EUR) and exclude applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Clients are responsible for any applicable VAT, duties, or other taxes.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, velorxenit.top AS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.
Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific services giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the claim.

Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these terms that is due to fire, flood, earthquake, pandemic, governmental action, war, terrorism, or other causes beyond the reasonable control of such party.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The Danish courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or our services.
Any legal action or proceeding between you and velorxenit.top AS shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Denmark, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
Before pursuing formal legal action, we encourage parties to attempt to resolve disputes through good faith negotiation. If direct negotiation fails, disputes may be submitted to mediation through a mutually agreed mediator in Denmark.
These terms remain in effect until terminated by either party. You may terminate your use of our services at any time by discontinuing use of our website and services. We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these terms.
